January 6-21st (update 23rd)

On the 6th and 8th we discussed the following terms and you took notes:

• plot
• theme
• character
• protagonist
• antagonist
• stock characters and archetypes
• setting
• internal conflict
• external conflict

On the 12th, 14th, and 16th you worked on your projects connected to your free reading books. You need to make sure you discuss the above terms AS WELL AS a project. Remember that your project should not be a keynote or a powerpoint presentation. I want to see that you have created something on your own OR that you're connecting your text to art or music in a meaningful and thorough way.
